Bamboo Works in fintech and digital assets is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to own inbound inquiries, guide users through onboarding and verification, and resolve transaction issues. You’ll help establish a reliable, high‑quality support function and serve as the first point of contact for customers using the platform and crypto card.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or client operations.
• Direct experience supporting customers using financial products, payment cards, or digital platforms.
• Strong written and spoken English, with clear and professional communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other written channels.
• Handle phone or video calls when detailed or personalized assistance is needed.
• Guide customers through account creation, onboarding, verification, and platform navigation.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Take ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution, escalating as needed.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Assist with crypto card issuance, activation, linking, and usage.
• Troubleshoot card-related and transaction issues, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Guide customers through KYC and identity verification processes.
• Document inquiries and resolutions in internal systems and suggest process improvements.
