Job summary

Electrum seeks a Software Engineering Team Lead to guide a cloud engineering team in provisioning, maintaining, and securing Electrum's cloud infrastructure. You will bridge hands-on development with people leadership to drive on-time projects, resilience, and cost awareness in a FinTech-focused environment.

You will oversee automation, security controls, ISO compliance, and cross-department collaboration while shaping cloud architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of technical team leadership or management experience.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software development and cloud operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a cloud engineering team and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive design and implementation for cloud infra (AWS) and IaC best practices.
• Manage releases using Agile/Scrum, maintain backlog health, and ensure quality.
