Job summary

Electrum is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to own and execute the enterprise-wide security strategy, translating cyber risk into business value, and leading a cloud-native security program in a FinTech environment. You will drive secure practices across platforms, lead regulatory compliance, and influence executive decision-making with clear risk visibility.

You will build and mentor a high-performing security team, drive ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance, oversee incident management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, CS or related field.
• Certifications: CISSP, CISM or CISA required.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise security strategy.
• Lead secure design for platforms and APIs; embed secure SDLC.
• Oversee risk, compliance, audits, and vendor security.
• Manage incident response, threat detection, and post-incident reviews.
• Build and mentor a high-performing security team; advise product/engineering.
