Qualifications
- 15+ years IT experience with 10+ years in senior architecture leadership.
- Proven FinTech/financial services technology strategy experience.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural strategy and roadmap.
- Set governance, principles, and standards across technology.
- Mentor architects and senior engineers for excellence.
- Ensure scalable, secure, enterprise-grade solutions.
- Align tech strategy with business objectives at the exec level.
- Evaluate emerging tech and architectural paradigms.
- Drive security, compliance, and reliability for infrastructure.
- Conduct architectural reviews and guide complex decisions.
- Manage vendor relationships and external partnerships.
- Represent the technical vision to stakeholders.
