Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with 5+ years in a senior architectural role.
• Proven experience designing and building complex distributed FinTech systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go; solid API design and security fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, high-performance, secure software architectures for FinTech platforms.
• Lead the technical vision and strategy for software development.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools for development.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Oversee SDLC from design to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure robust security measures and compliance with financial regulations.
• Conduct architectural/code reviews and performance tuning.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and diagrams.
• Stay current with emerging tech and industry trends to drive innovation.
