Job summary

Network Recruitment is seeking a meticulous Business Analyst to join our product team and help translate complex business needs into practical digital solutions across financial services domains.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to refine requirements, support the full product lifecycle, and improve processes and customer experiences within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years' experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, Functional Consulting, or Systems Analysis roles.
• Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Lending, or Technology environments.
• Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to product development, process improvement, and solution design initiatives.
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and refine requirements.
• Analyse current-state business processes and contribute to future-state improvements.
• Define and maintain business rules and system configurations.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate requirements and functionality.
• Maintain accurate and structured documentation within knowledge management platforms.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
