Maersk is seeking a Fin Ops Agent for our Cape Town office. You will support financial operations, including vendor reconciliations, invoicing, and job costing, in a value-driven, international environment.

Qualificações

• Finance background with 2–3 years experience.
• Ability to produce precise, high-quality work with right-first-time delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor WF dashboard daily and resolve workflows.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and coordinate with Operations for missing information.
• Provide finalized Excel worksheets to RTP team for posting.
• Monitor payment of claims and assist OPS where needed.
• Track ICB, Unbilled, and Open Jobs to close with CX or OPS.
• Create/extend customer records as required and manage closures of jobs.
• Oversee invoicing in CW1/KEVIN/TELIKOS and close off within 48 Hours.
• Ensure revised estimates are correctly updated in the system.
• Manage vendor requests and respond to disputes with commercial/ops teams.
