Cavalli Estate is seeking a knowledgeable Wine Steward to deliver an exceptional wine-tasting experience in our fine-dining environment. The successful candidate will guide guests through tastings, share wine knowledge, and maintain high service standards.

Experience in wine service or fine-dining hospitality is preferred; WSET certification or equivalent is advantageous. Strong communication and a passion for wine are essential, with weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and conduct professional wine tastings.
• Share knowledge of Cavalli Estate’s wines, winemaking and wine pairings.
• Assist guests with wine selections and recommendations.
• Maintain tasting room presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure glassware and tasting equipment are clean and ready for service.
• Assist with wine stock control and tasting room preparation.
• Support the hospitality team during busy periods and events.
