Cavalli Estate is seeking a professional, friendly waiter to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our fine-dining environment. You will provide attentive, knowledgeable service while maintaining Cavalli Estate’s high standards.

Key duties include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and ensuring timely service with a focus on wine recommendations and table presentation. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Formación

• Previous waiter experience in a fine-dining or upmarket restaurant.
• Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Sound food and beverage knowledge; wine knowledge advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, well-presented and attentive to detail.
• Organised and able to work under pressure.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and provide professional table service.
• Present menus and provide food and wine recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages according to fine-dining standards.
• Maintain table presentation, cleanliness and service readiness.
• Handle guest queries and requests professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth service.
