iMasFinance Co-operative (Ltd) seeks a motivated Banking Sales Consultant to support Secunda and surrounding areas in Mpumalanga. You will promote unsecured personal loans and value-adding products while building lasting customer relationships and delivering quality service.

Key duties include assessing affordability, analysing financial positions, and finalising loan applications, with a focus on growing membership and partnerships within the community.

Formación

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting.
• FSCA Relevant Qualification (NQF5).
• FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
• Valid Code 8 driver's license.
• 2 years' experience in financial/banking sector.

Responsabilidades

• Sell loans, value-adding products and cross-sell other iMasFinance offerings.
• Liaise with members, customers, employer groups and dealerships.
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments.
• Analyse customer financial position and recommend solutions.
• Conclude sales deals, process and finalize loan applications.
• Deliver efficient and effective member/customer service.
• Retain and maintain relationships with existing members/customers and stakeholders.
• Establish new member/customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify possible risk and communicate to relevant parties.

Job Purpose:

To establish and maintain customer and business relationships, render banking-related support services in order to promote and sell unsecured loan products (personal loans) and Value Adding Products in Secunda and surrounding areas in the Mpumalanga Province.

Job Outputs:

• Sales of financing (loans), value-adding products and up-selling & cross selling other iMasFinance products
• Liaise with members/customers, employer groups, customers and dealerships
• Conduct customer affordability and repayment ability assessments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics and/or Accounting (Essential)
• Financial Services Conduct Authority (FSCA) Relevant Qualification (NQF5)(Essential)
• FAIS Fit & Proper Requirements
• Valid Driver's License Code 8 (Essential)
• Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
• 2 years' experience within a financial/banking industry
