Job summary

Metropolitan is seeking a proactive financial sales adviser in Gauteng to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling a range of financial wellness products. You will provide after-sales service to ensure client retention and contribute to market share growth.

The role requires 2-3 years in sales, FAIS compliance, and RE5 certification, with a matric or equivalent qualification. A driver’s license is desirable for client visits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in a Sales/Call Centre environment (essential).
• 2 years’ experience in insurance/financial services rendering financial advice (advantageous).
• FAIS compliance requirements and RE5 regulatory examination.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients highlighting features and benefits of products based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products by conducting affordability analysis to achieve clients’ financial goals.
• Provide financial advice in line with engagement strategy to enhance client’s financial wellness.
• Accurately capture client information and sales data on systems; complete administrative and reporting requirements on time.
