Metropolitan is seeking a sales-focused professional in South Africa to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products, generating new business and delivering after-sales service to ensure client retention and growth. The role supports the company’s objectives and market share expansion.

Requirements include Matric/N4, FAIS compliance, regulatory examinations if applicable, 2–3 years in sales, strong computer literacy, and fluency in English.

Formación

• Matric/N4 Equivalent qualification required.
• FAIS requirements based on DOFA date.
• Relevant regulatory examinations if already working in financial services.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospect clients to understand their financial needs.
• Sell products that align with the clients' financial requirements.
• Accurately record client information and sales details.
• Achieve targets related to production, quality and conversion.
• Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements.
