Metropolitan in South Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to attract, acquire and retain clients by selling company products and delivering after-sales service to ensure loyalty and grow market share.

You will engage with prospective clients, conduct affordability analyses, provide financial advice in line with engagement strategy, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Role requires matric and RE5; driver’s license preferred; on-site in Limpopo region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in field sales or call centre environments.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is advantageous.
• Must hold Matric or equivalent NQF 4 qualifications.
• FAIS compliance and RE5 knowledge are required or advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Engage with prospective clients to highlight product features based on financial wellness needs.
• Sell products following clients' financial needs and affordability analysis.
• Advise on tax and legal implications of products.
• Capture client information and sales accurately in the systems.
• Complete administrative and reporting tasks within agreed timeframes.
• Achieve production, quality and conversion targets.
• Adhere to compliance requirements in the sales process.
• Provide financial advice aligned with the engagement strategy to enhance client’s financial wellness.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
