Job summary

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and notes follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory codes are met.
• Carry out routine business development tasks and assist others by following procedures.
• Identify potential customers by gathering referrals and recommendations.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
