FirstRand Limited in Randburg is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join the Financial Services division. You will respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat, resolve issues, and maintain service quality according to SLAs.

Ideal candidates hold a Matric/Grade 12, an NQF 5 qualification, and at least 1 year of call centre or customer service experience in financial services. You should be analytical, detail-oriented and a strong communicator.

Formación

• Must have Matric/Grade 12.
• Must have an NQF 5 qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Call Centre / Customer Service within the Financial Services industry.

Responsabilidades

• Address customer needs to meet or exceed expectations.
• Deliver service that adheres to governance and compliance standards.
• Respond to queries via phone, email and live chat to ensure resolution.
• Escalate risks and unresolved issues as required.
• Maintain SLAs and provide appropriate solutions to customers.
