Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years in the financial services industry is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary education or courses.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry and FAIS/FICA legislation.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook; SharePoint.
• Xplan experience and ability to handle client data securely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Implement the client services experience as defined by Operations.
• Administer processes and controls in Financial Planning practices.
• Serve as liaison between Financial Planner Partner and providers.
• Follow complaint resolution processes; be the client contact for delivery.
• Support data discovery, documentation, FICA/AML checks, and lodgment rules.
• Coordinate new business and ongoing service, including NAV/KPIs and reports.
• Assist with office management, events, and client communications.
