Job summary

Merand Recruitment is seeking a Financial Planning Partner Assistant in East London, Eastern Cape, ZA. The role provides comprehensive administrative, operational and client service support to Financial Planning Partners.

The successful candidate will liaise between the practice, clients, product providers and regional support teams, ensuring client requirements and transactions are handled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Relevant tertiary education or financial services-related courses.
• Knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation is advantageous.
• Experience with Xplan is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient client service on behalf of the Financial Planning Partner.
• Act as primary client contact to follow up and resolve requirements.
• Implement and maintain administrative processes and controls within the practice.
• Liaise with product providers regarding client transactions and requirements.
• Assist with complaint resolution processes as required.
• Ensure client service aligns with Treating Customers Fairly principles.
