Job summary

Headhunters is seeking a Financial Planning Partner Assistant in South Africa to provide administrative and client services support for Financial Planning Partners. You will act as the main liaison between the practice, clients, and product providers, handling onboarding, documentation, and ongoing service tasks.

The role requires 2–3 years in financial services, knowledge of FAIS/FICA, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xplan or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or courses required.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in financial services advantageous.
• Working knowledge of FAIS and FICA legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Xplan or similar CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding, including data discovery and AML verification.
• Prepare client portfolios, review documents, and process new business applications and transfers.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes using Xplan.
• Coordinate client review preparations and produce CCRs.
• Handle service, commission tracking, and liaison with product providers.
• Assist with office management, marketing support, and client events.
