Job summary

Compitant Candidates is assisting a well established financial institution in Randburg to hire a Financial Operations Administrator. The role supports the Head of Operations with routine administrative and operational tasks and helps ensure timely and accurate processing.

You will handle daily trade processing, reconciliations, and regulatory data preparation under supervision, building a solid foundation for growth into a more senior operations role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, or Investment Management or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience within a LISP environment.
• Strong ability to perform routine administrative and operational tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Operations with timeous, accurate administrative tasks.
• Support daily bulk operations processing and trade instruction capture.
• Prepare fund ballots, mergers, and testing activities with oversight.
• Maintain reconciliations and identify exceptions for escalation.
• Support regulatory and tax reporting data gathering and preparation.
