Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in financial management, preferably in milling/manufacturing.
• SAICA/SAIPA/CIMA/MBA or similar qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with divisional ownership of budgets.
• Report on company performance to management and EXCO.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the finance and administration team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Design and implement new financial systems and oversee ERP.
• Manage business projects and internal/external audits.
• Provide strategic direction through analysis of financial statements.

• Relevant Accounting background and tertiary qualification: SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA / MBA or other.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
