Job summary

Staff Solutions in South Africa is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the full financial function including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will manage cost control, financial planning and project accounting to drive profitability.

The role requires a BCom in Accounting/Finance, CA or CIMA advantageous, at least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive/engineering/manufacturing, and proven SAP expertise. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance required. CA/CIMA advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Financial Manager in automotive/engineering/manufacturing environments.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and project management.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
