Job summary

Staff Solutions in South Africa is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the full financial function including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You will manage cost control, financial planning and project accounting to drive profitability.

The role requires a BCom in Accounting/Finance, CA or CIMA advantageous, at least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive/engineering/manufacturing, and proven SAP expertise. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

BCom Degree in Accounting/Finance required. CA/CIMA advantageous.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as Financial Manager in automotive/engineering/manufacturing environments.
SAP experience is essential.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and project management.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee full financial function including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
Manage cost control, financial planning and project accounting.
Prepare and present monthly management reports and financial statements.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Collaborate closely with operations and project teams to drive performance and profitability.
