Responsibilities

• Take full fiduciary responsibility for the safekeeping and use of all funds and assets of the Company in accordance with policies and practices
• Assist Executive Management to reduce costs and improve profit by closely analysing and reporting financial data
• Act as the immediate contact for corporate, independent and all government regulatory agencies on all accounting and financial matters
• Be accountable for all internal accounting and administrative controls to ensure that all transactions are handled correctly
• Demonstrate sound technical accounting skills such as IFRS
• Demonstrate proven group consolidation experience
• Adapt to fast changing environments
• Calculate and interpret financial results
• Demonstrate experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level
• Demonstrate the ability to understand and align with the broader business objective
• Be proactive, lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of initiative
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing and motivating a diverse team
