Key Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes across the business.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
- Oversee annual audits and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Support leadership with insights that improve commercial performance.
- Lead and develop a finance team to ensure operational efficiency.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- BCom Accounting (minimum requirement).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience within a finance function.
- Proven experience in financial management, planning, and reporting.
- Exposure to inventory management and stock control is highly advantageous.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar environment is beneficial.
- Team leadership or management experience is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Ability to manage deadlines and audits independently.
- Comfortable working across operational and strategic finance.
