Job summary

A leading financial services firm in South Africa is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the finance function, working closely with the CEO and Global CFO. You will oversee accounting and reporting activities, manage audits, and drive financial modelling to support growth. Candidates should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience in a senior role, ideally within a manufacturing or product-based environment. This role offers an opportunity to improve financial controls and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance or financial management role.
• Experience within manufacturing or a product-based business is ideal.
• Strong systems capability, particularly with financial software.
• Strong systems capability (experience with Xero advantageous).
• Experience with intercompany accounting and group structures.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
