• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or commerce.
• CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–10+ years in project accounting, contract accounting or similar project-based industries.
• Experience with operational finance, job costing, WIP accounting, project profitability and revenue recognition.
• Developing and maintaining tender costing models and templates.
• Preparing management accounts, board packs, budgets, forecasts and year-end packs.
• Managing external audits and statutory reporting.
• Leading finance teams of 8–15 staff.

Our client, a well-established commercial interior landscaping company is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the company's full finance function.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring sound financial management, accurate reporting and strong financial controls across the business.
The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded finance professional with strong leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach. You will be comfortable operating in a project-driven environment, possess excellent attention to detail and be able to provide meaningful financial insights that support business growth and operational excellence.
In order to be considered the following is required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or commerce
• CA(SA), ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• 5–10+ years in project accounting, contract accounting or similar project-based industries
