Job summary

Pronel Personnel seeks a Financial Manager or newly qualified CA to own and optimize financial operations. You will manage accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow while upholding controls and statutory compliance.

The role also leads payroll and develops a capable finance team to deliver timely, audit-ready information for management. If you bring CA(SA)/CIMA/BCom Accounting or an equivalent qualification, are strong with Excel and financial systems, and have practical reporting

Qualifications

• CA(SA), CIMA, BCom Accounting or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Strong practical financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Excellent Excel and financial-systems capability.
• Experience with controls, audits and statutory compliance.
• Commercial, analytical and solutions-driven mindset.
• Experience in stockholding, distribution, wholesale or operational environments is advantageous.
