Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Financial Manager in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. This urgent vacancy requires either newly qualified CA or CIMA, or a BCom with suitable experience. The role covers monthly accounts, budgeting, cash flow management and SARS compliance, with oversight of audits and financial controls.

Salary is negotiable based on experience. No relocation offered. Applicants should be prepared for a fast-paced environment in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs.

• Minimum requirements: Newly qualified CA or CIMA-qualified, or a BCom with experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and financial reports.
• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts and monitor actual performance against budget.
• Manage cash flow, payments, collections and working capital.
• Analyse financial results, variances, costs and profitability and provide insights to management.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Oversee VAT, PAYE, income tax and other SARS compliance requirements.
• Manage the audit process and provide the required financial information and supporting documentation to auditors.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls, processes and procedures.
• Advise management on financial performance, costs, risks and business opportunities.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems, processes and financial procedures.
