Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and financial education.
• Meet monthly sales targets in lending and other products.
• Meet collections and arrears targets in terms of lending products.
• Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking.
• Adhere to governance to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate intra-branch referrals by building relationships with other business units.
• Deliver face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
