Qualifications

• Experience in consultative selling and customer-focused service.
• Ability to follow multi-step sales scripts and identify customer needs.
• Proven skills in handling inquiries, maintaining CRM data and logging follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple inquiries.
• Assess compliance with standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and record follow-up actions from sales calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be the first contact for queries/complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Support routine business development tasks by following procedures.
• Identify potential customers from information and referrals.
• Select and input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Participate in networking to leverage internal and external connections.
