Qualifications

• Completed BCom Degree or equivalent financial qualification.
• Previous Financial Controller or Finance Manager experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Experience budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Strong financial controls, governance and compliance experience.
• Ability to analyse financial data and translate findings into business decisions.
• Experience with financial and operational systems within hospitality.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic support to operational management teams.
• Drive profitability through insightful financial analysis and performance reporting.

• Support business growth initiatives, capital projects, and investment decisions.
• Ensure effective asset, inventory, and stock control processes are maintained.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Travel regularly to properties and operational sites within South Africa.
