• Relevant B.Com Accounting, B.Compt or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an accounting or financial management role.
• Previous hospitality experience will be highly advantageous.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Strong MS Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the finance function.
• Commercially astute, hands-on and solutions-driven.
