Job summary

Curemed Health and Wealth Consultants is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to promote Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and Gap Cover products to clients by phone, delivering clear options and excellent service.

You will join a fast‑paced, target‑driven team with supplied leads, strong admin support, and ongoing training to build a long‑term career in financial services.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 is mandatory.
• RE5 certification and FAIS accreditation are advantageous.
• Healthcare sales, wealth management or insurance background preferred.
• Previous sales experience across any environment is beneficial.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and Gap Cover solutions telephonically.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand clients' healthcare requirements.
• Present and explain product options clearly over the telephone.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and monthly sales targets.
• Pursue referral sales and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic sales team and provide excellent service.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell Medical Aid, Health Insurance, and Gap Cover solutions to prospective clients telephonically
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand each client's unique healthcare requirements
• Present and explain product options clearly and professionally over the telephone
• Meet and exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis
• Go the extra mile to achieve monthly sales targets and actively pursue referral sales
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
• Form part of a collaborative and energetic sales team
• Provide excellent client service throughout the sales process

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential:

• Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4 or equivalent) - non-negotiable.

Advantageous:

• RE5 certification and full FAIS accreditation
• Background or experience in healthcare sales, wealth management or insurance
• Previous sales experience in any environment (e.g., waitering, bartending, retail, customer service)
• Genuine interest in building a long term career in the financial services industry
• Multilingual (beneficial)
