The role covers customer service, CRM data management, and proactive business development across a regional footprint in South Africa. You will engage with decision-makers, tailor presentations, and maintain data quality for retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Valid Driver's licence and Own Car.
• FAIS Compliance (NQF Level 5 FSCA Approved Qualification).
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, deal with complex queries and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find the best solutions, technical or professional.
• Receive visitors and assist with information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Schedule follow-up actions and update the CRM with relevant data.
• Set objectives for each sales call and tailor materials to decision-makers.
• Develop a relationship plan for potential accounts and engage decision-makers.
• Understand policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify business development opportunities.
• Build a personal network and represent the organization at events.
• Conduct research to analyze key themes using primary data sources.
