Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, deal with complex queries, and investigate and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze specific problems to find best solutions; solutions could be technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each contact to enable effective retention and development.
• Set objectives for sales calls or meetings; tailor materials for decision-makers and ask relevant questions.
• Develop relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and codes of conduct and obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor and assess sales and market data to identify regional opportunities for development.
• Develop a network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and BI tools.
• Demonstrate value of networking within a network of people, technologies and ideas.
