Job summary

Old Mutual in South Africa is seeking a results-driven sales professional to advise on a range of products to a defined market and drive new business and retention. You will manage customer relationships, analyze needs, and promote solutions.

Responsibilities include CRM data entry, prospecting, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FAIS). A matric and at least 3 years in sales are expected, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Valid Driver's licence and own car.
• FAIS Compliance knowledge.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
• Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Presentations skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant CRM data and schedule follow-up actions to support retention and development.
• Set objectives for sales calls or meetings; tailor materials for decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop a relationship management plan to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
