You will handle customer inquiries, conduct needs analysis, and build relationships with decision-makers while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory codes. A strong focus on CRM data and market development is essential.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
• Residency in Burgersdorp, Steynsburg, Venterstad or Barkley East (or surrounding area) as indicated by the role.
• Experience in sales and customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze problems to determine best solutions, which may be technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, refer complex matters to colleagues.
• Record interactions in CRM and schedule follow-ups to enable retention and growth.
• Clarify customer needs, tailor materials for presentations, and gather information to assess interest.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan to identify and engage key decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory codes.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify opportunities for regional growth.
• Build a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Research and extract relevant data for themes and trends using primary data sources.
