Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with requests for information, referring complex matters.
• Ensure that basic customer details held in the CRM are accurate and note follow-up actions.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and be the first contact for queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining referrals and recommendations from existing customers.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
• Demonstrate understanding of networking value by participating in a network of people and ideas.
