Qualifications

• NQF Level 5 or equivalent is required.
• Strong consultative selling and customer service skills.
• Experience in CRM or data handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Customer Service and support to visitors and clients.
• Perform Solutions Analysis to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Receive Visitors and manage front-desk duties with professionalism.
• Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data to ensure accuracy.
• Clarify Customer Needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Develop Customer Relationships and prospect for new opportunities.
• Ensure Operational Compliance in daily activities.
• Support Business Development initiatives and growth strategies.
• Create Sales Opportunities through proactive engagement and outreach.
