Job summary

Quorum Property Group seeks an experienced Financial Accountant to lead the finance function across our property portfolios. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) and has at least 5 years post-article experience in finance, preferably within the property sector. Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) Qualification is essential.
• Minimum 5 years’ post article experience, preferably in a Financial Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience within the Property industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Experience managing audits and statutory compliance.
• Advanced financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Own transportation.
