Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a strategic Finance Leader to oversee regional financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for a major manufacturing footprint in South Africa. The role drives financial controls, cost improvements, and advice to operational management.

You will mentor a high-performing team and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level accounting degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management/accounting experience.
• People management experience is essential.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive sectors is essential.

• Lead all regional financial reporting and month-end processes.
