Job summary

Network Finance seeks a hands-on Financial Manager to drive financial excellence across an established footprint in Southern Africa. You will oversee monthly accounts, prepare management reporting, and lead budgeting and forecasting to support strategic outcomes.

With 5+ years in a similar role, you will manage cash flow, treasury, and controls while ensuring compliance. You will partner with executives to steer profitability and growth in a dynamic manufacturing/distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years in a senior financial role.
• Experience in manufacturing/FMCG/distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions.
• Ensure tax, statutory and regulatory compliance.

Education and Experience

• BCom Accounting, Finance or related Degree
