Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a similar role in Consulting, Banking or Insurance.
• Solid understanding and functional experience across the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, analyze operations, and recommend solutions.
• Draft test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met.
• Create business cases that justify projects, outlining benefits and risks.

Skills

Strong communication and documentation skills

Strong Excel skills for analysis

Strong data analysis skills and experience with data visualization tools

Critical thinking and negotiation skills

Experience working with stakeholders

Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, Draw.io, Lucid Charts, Aris)

Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN or UML
