Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Support for continuity and operational resilience by reliably handling repeatable, first-line processes.
• Segregation of duties is maintained, with preparatory work reviewed, checked, and released by senior team members.
• A solid operational foundation is built to support growth into a more senior operations role over time.
• Transaction Processing & Settlement Support: assist with trade instructions and daily bulk operations.
• Payment Processing Support: assist with preparation of payment batches and client documentation.
• Regulatory & Tax Reporting Support: assist with data for regulatory and tax reports and CRS/FATCA tasks.
• System Enhancements & Operational Risk Support: participate in testing and report potential risks.
• Operational & Administrative Support: respond to routine queries and liaise with third-party providers.
