Job summary

Smith Garb is seeking a senior leader to drive finance and operations in line with strategic objectives. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure while pushing for cost efficiency and process improvements across the business.

You will lead teams, partner with executive management, strengthen financial controls and governance, and focus on profitability enhancements across retail and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Extensive senior management experience in retail, FMCG, distribution, direct selling or a similar environment.
• Strong financial, commercial and operational management skills.
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities
