Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a senior finance operations leader to own cash flow, treasury, and the migration of the payment infrastructure across entities in multiple currencies. You will automate the daily cash cycle, coordinate USD revenue channels into UAE accounts, and drive a transition from UK-based card platforms to UAE-native systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance operations, treasury, or senior finance roles.
• Experience handling multi-currency, multi-entity setups with high volumes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based bookkeeping and reporting tools such as Xero.
• Ability to automate processes and reduce manual steps.
• Experience managing external bookkeeping partners.

Responsibilities

• Own daily cash cycle across all entities and currencies.
• Manage high-volume USD revenue and fund GBP/AED corporate cards for ad spend.
• Lead migration from UK-based setup to UAE-native infrastructure.
• Evaluate automation of spending platforms and remove manual top-ups.
• Audit and automate recurring processes; deliver weekly cash & P&L summaries.
