Job summary

RecruitMyMom is seeking an energetic Finance and Operations Coordinator for a prestigious international luxury finishes brand to act as the operational glue of the showroom and factory. This permanent, full-time in-office role (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 with some flexibility) reports to the Directors and supports the in-house Accountant, managing cash flow visibility and Sage-based payment runs.

You will coordinate international imports, oversee debtor/creditor control, and drive process improvement

Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Sage and Excel.
• 7+ years' experience in finance and bookkeeping.
• Strong organisational skills and accuracy with a zero-error mindset.
• Willingness to learn Odoo ERP as the business migrates workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cash flow visibility and payment runs.
• Manage invoicing, debtor/creditor control, and vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate international imports and logistics.
• Develop dashboards and reports for Directors.
