Salt Digital Recruitment in Pretoria is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial management across a multi-entity group in a hybrid role. You will work with senior leadership, treasury, group reporting, tax and governance to drive financial insight and strong controls.

The ideal candidate has a CA qualification (SA or international), 8+ years post-qualification experience, and strong Excel/financial modelling and stakeholder management skills. A strategic, hands-on leader is essential.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or international CA qualification.
• 8+ years' post-qualification experience in a multi-entity group environment.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury, liquidity, investments and inter-company funding.
• Manage group consolidations, financial statements, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee tax, transfer pricing and inter-company arrangements.
• Review commercial agreements and support contract governance.
• Drive cost control, profitability analysis and cash-flow optimisation.
• Provide financial input into pricing, acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Participate in Board and committee meetings.
• Manage relationships with auditors, regulators and other external stakeholders.
