Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is actively seeking a qualified CA(SA) to advance into a Financial Manager role, supporting a multi-entity portfolio. The role covers financial reporting, controls, tax compliance, payroll oversight, audits, budgeting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with post-articles experience.
• Experience in management reporting, budgeting and controls.
• Exposure to audits, tax compliance and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and group reporting packs.
• Review month-end journals, reconciliations and intercompany balances.
• Manage payroll processes and statutory submissions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Support tax compliance and audit requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and financial records.
• Monitor loan schedules and financing obligations.
• Drive process improvements, controls and automation initiatives.
• Assist with B-BBEE reporting and strategic finance projects.
