Job summary

A leading finance organization in South Africa is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance with statutory obligations, and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate should have a Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification, along with at least 5 years of experience in a financial manager role. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years post-qualifying experience in a financial manager role.
• Experience in financial and management accounting and current accounting practices.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare finance inputs for monthly analysis and shareholder reports.
• Manage cash for project SPV and ensure compliance with lender covenants.
• Prepare and sign-off annual audited accounts in accordance with IFRS.
